Easily Wish Your Clients a Happy Birthday
In Ruoff Agent, you will receive a push notification at 10 a.m. for the clients who have a birthday that day. This notification will also tell you the date in which you closed their loan with them. If you wish to send a pre-written birthday text message or customize your birthday text message, click on the push notification to do so.
Another way to access a client’s birthday message is by clicking the three horizontal lines on the upper righthand corner to open the app’s Menu and then clicking “Notifications.”
You can also go into a notification for any client you wish to turn off birthday reminders for so you will not get a notification about their birthday in the coming years. To turn off notifications for future years, toggle the slider bar under “Text Opt-In.” Then click “Yes” on the pop-up to confirm the change.
