Sign Documents

  1. On the app homepage, under your To-Do List, you will see "Sign" as an item, if there are document(s) you need to sign. Tap "Sign" to sign your document(s).
  2. From here, you will see the names of the document(s) you need to sign. Next to the name of the document is a button labeled "Sign." Tap this button.
  3. From here, view the consent agreement and tap "Accept" to accept using electronic records and signatures.
  4. You will now see the document you need to sign in full. Any place where your signature is being requested is indicated by a blue button and yellow tab. Click on the blue button that says "Sign".
  5. Then, in the right-hand corner of the screen, tap "Submit."
  6. Your signed document(s) have been submitted and may now be downloaded or printed.
  7. Repeat this process for any other document(s) you wish to sign.
