Found a home you love? Easily and instantly generate a pre-approval letter to go with your offer!

Note: If you don’t see this option, please contact your loan officer to download pre-approval letters on demand.

1. On the app homepage, tap Pre-Approval Advantage.
2. Enter the secured address, purchase price, annual property tax, and the annual homeowners insurance.
3. Tap "Create New Letter."
4. Review the letter draft.
5. If everything looks correct, tap "Approve and Download."
6. If you have previously generated a pre-approval letter, you will need to tap "Generate and Replace," which replaces the most recent letter you created. If you do not wish to replace your most recent letter created, tap "Cancel."
7. After you have selected "Generate and Replace, " choose whether you would like to "Download Letter" or "View Later."
