If you forgot your password, complete the steps below to regain access.

1. On the "Account Login" page, enter your email, then click "Next."
2. On the next page, which asks for your password, click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email on the "Forgot Password" page and click "Reset Password."
4. Reset Password:
   • Open the reset password email you received and click "Verify Email."
   • You'll be redirected to a webpage to set your new password.
5. Create a New Password
   • Enter your new password and click "Submit."
   • Return to the app and log in with your updated credentials.
   • Please note: your new password must contain at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number.
